How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location within the United States.
How is custom printing priced?
Custom prints are priced at $0.20 per gram of filament used, plus a $3.50 handling fee. Custom colors add $15.00. Washington State sales tax (6.5%) is applied at checkout.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't started processing, we can make changes. Contact us immediately with your order code and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
What file formats do you accept for custom prints?
We accept STL files. You can also describe what you need and we can help find or create a design for you.
What's your refund policy?
We stand behind our products. If there's a defect or issue with your print, contact us and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
